The Presence process peer support group

Please join Lana Lontos and Sasha Pierce for The Presence Process Peer Support Group. The Process Process is a well-known and respected book written in 1989 by Michael Brown. It is a ten-week program that incorporates breathwork, reading and observing your day-to-day experience. We will be offering twelve-week processing, which will include an introductory week and a closing week.

How does it work?

You would be responsible for your weekly reading and breathwork practice. The weekly group would focus on each chapter and provide a place to land in what is occurring for your process. The concept is together and alone in this.

This group serves as a place of support for curious minds who have heard of this book and have wanted to take part in it. Therapists, teachers, healers, and people working with chronic pain tend to be drawn to this well-known book. Also, people who are going through some personal transformation. This book tends to open us up to seeing and being present.

This is not intended as a teaching of the presence process but of processing what is emerging on a heart and body level. People are encouraged to share what they are working with or confused about. We will be holding space for this process.

Each session will include a mindfulness grounding and closing and an opportunity to check in about the process. Agreements will be made in regards to confidentiality and the way we share. Everyone will have a chance to share as much or as little as they like.

 Investment:

EARLY BIRD RATE: $185.00 for all 12 sessions due by December 12th, 2021

Regular Price: Sliding scale ($220 - $300) for all 12 sessions. This works out to $18 - $25 per session.

No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

About Sasha Pierce:

As a young child I had a deep knowing that there was something wrong with the way we lived on our planet. I went into the arts so that I could keep listening to my intuition and I have been blessed with a successful career as a visual artist. I also chose to embark on a healing journey due to the trama of being sensitive in a culture that is disconnected.

Shamanic healing, reiki, yoga, breathing and meditation have been important modalities on my healing path. In 2017 I completed a one year shamanic healing program and I am currently enrolled in a two year advanced apprenticeship in shamanic healing with Medicine Circle, Daniel Leonard. I also completed a Komyo Reiki Shoden with Qi Belly, Paul Lara, in 2016 and a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Octopus Garden Holistic Yoga Centre in 2019. I continue on my healing journey and I feel called to assist others on theirs.
